Welcome to Repocket ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of: Our website at [www.repocket.com] (the "Site"),

The Repocket mobile or web application (the "App"), and

Any related services or interactions you have with us (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. THE REPOCKET PLATFORM

1.1 Overview

Repocket is a platform designed to help everyday users ("Users") earn money by completing micro-tasks, sharing leftover data, and participating in brand campaigns. Brands ("Brands") can create tasks, specify rewards, and connect with Repocket's community of Users.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

1.3 Account Registration

User Accounts: Provide accurate, complete information, including phone verification if required. Keep your login credentials confidential.

Brand Accounts: Must provide valid business information and payment details. You're responsible for all campaigns launched under your account.

1.4 Network and Connection Requirements

VPN Restrictions: The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or any other technology designed to mask, hide, or misrepresent your true location or identity is strictly prohibited when accessing or using our Services. This includes but is not limited to commercial VPN services, residential proxies, mobile proxies, or any similar network masking tools.

Using VPNs constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice. Any earned rewards, credits, or pending payments associated with accounts found to be using such technologies will be forfeited and will not be credited or paid out.

1.5 Offer

An Offer refers to any survey, app installation, in-app task, game, promotional campaign, or other activity provided by Repocket's advertising or affiliate partners ("Advertisers") through which users may earn rewards. Each Offer includes specific eligibility conditions, completion requirements, and payout criteria as defined by the Advertiser or Repocket. Successful completion is verified via tracking data supplied by the Advertiser or a third-party offer network.

1.6 Reward

A Reward means cash compensation that users earn for validly completing an Offer or sharing network bandwidth through Repocket. Rewards have no cash value until successfully redeemed via the approved withdrawal methods displayed in the Repocket app. Repocket reserves the right to reverse, withhold, or void Rewards in the event of fraud, chargeback, or violation of these Terms.

1.7 Advertiser

An Advertiser refers to any third-party company, affiliate network, or partner that provides Offers, surveys, or app installations to Repocket users. Advertisers independently determine the eligibility, validation, and payout status of their Offers. Repocket facilitates access and reward crediting; it is not responsible for Advertiser errors, tracking delays, or denials.

2. USER EARNINGS & BRAND CAMPAIGNS

2.1 User Earnings

Task Completion: Users can earn money or rewards by completing tasks (e.g., surveys, social media posts, leftover data sharing). The reward per task is determined by the Brand.

Payouts: Repocket processes payouts through supported methods (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, crypto). You may need to meet certain verification steps.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the availability of tasks or any minimum earnings. Earnings vary based on task availability, user eligibility, and Brand preferences.

2.2 Brand Campaigns

Campaign Creation: Brands create tasks by specifying a title, instructions, user reward, daily budget, and verification method.

Fee Structure: We charge a 20% platform fee on top of the user's reward. If a user's reward is $5, the Brand pays $6.

Verification: Brands and Repocket rely on various methods (e.g., OAuth checks, leftover data logs, user screenshots) to verify task completion.

Right to Refuse or Suspend: Repocket may refuse, suspend, or remove any campaign if it violates these Terms or poses legal or security risks.

2.3 Payout Platforms

A Payment Provider refers to any external service Repocket uses to disburse or process user payments, including but not limited to PayPal, Tremendous, cryptocurrency networks (such as USDT Polygon), or other third-party financial platforms. Each Payment Provider operates under its own policies and terms. Repocket is not liable for delays, limitations, or failures caused by the Payment Provider, and any disputes related to their services must be directed to the respective provider.

3. LEFTOVER DATA SHARING (OPTIONAL FEATURE)

Users may opt into sharing leftover data/bandwidth for passive earnings. By enabling leftover data sharing:

Consent: You explicitly agree to transmit certain data logs to Repocket or its data partners.

Limited Scope: Repocket only collects the minimal data required for verifying usage.

Revocation: You can disable leftover data sharing at any time in your account settings, but you may forfeit related earnings if you do so.

4. CONTENT & USER CONDUCT

4.1 User-Generated Content

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content (e.g., posts, survey answers) you provide through the Services.

Prohibited Content: Do not share or post content that is illegal, offensive, hateful, or infringes upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove such content.

4.2 Brand Content & Campaign Materials

Brand Responsibility: Brands must ensure that their campaigns, materials, and instructions comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.

No Endorsement: Repocket does not endorse any specific brand or campaign. We are a platform facilitating connections between Brands and Users.

4.3 Fraudulent Activity

Fraudulent Activity means any act or omission intentional or otherwise designed to obtain Rewards, payments, or other benefits through deception, circumvention, or abuse of Repocket's systems. Engaging in Fraudulent Activity may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user's account and forfeiture of all pending Rewards or payments. 4.4 Prohibited Conduct (non-exhaustive)

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using Repocket:

1. Providing false, misleading or fabricated information during registration or while completing Offers, surveys, or verification steps.
2. Using automation, including but not limited to bots, macros, scripts, emulators, headless browsers, automated clickers, or any software/hardware that simulates human activity.
3. Using VPNs, VPS, proxies, remote desktop solutions, emulators, spoofing tools, fake GPS, fake SMS numbers, VOIP numbers, or disposable phone numbers to mask or change your location or identity.
4. Each user account may be accessed from up to five (5) devices and maintain a maximum of five (5) active sessions at any given time. Creating or using multiple accounts on the same device to earn rewards or circumvent platform restrictions is strictly prohibited.
5. Manipulating cookies, local storage, browser settings, device identifiers, tracking beacons, or any advertiser-provided controls to circumvent fraud detection or offer requirements.
6. Completing Offers on behalf of another user, sharing Offer solutions, or otherwise facilitating completion of Offers for others.
7. Causing or inducing chargebacks, intentionally submitting false refund claims, or receiving Offer chargebacks.
8. Deliberately completing many Offers in an artificially short time or any pattern of activity that suggests machine-driven, coordinated, or scripted behavior.
9. Tampering with, altering, or interfering with the functioning of the Service, or introducing viruses, malware, trojans, logic bombs, or conducting DDoS/DoS or unauthorized access attempts.
10. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to advertisers' or partners' systems or otherwise interfere with Offer tracking and reporting.
11. Each user must ensure their account details and payment information are accurate and up to date.
12. Exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer our code, sdk or disrupt the services.

4.5 User Investigations and Evidence

1. By using the Service you consent to Repocket collecting and retaining logs and metadata (including device identifiers, IP addresses, geolocation data, browser fingerprints, network telemetry, timestamps, Offer provider callbacks, and third-party advertiser evidence) to investigate suspected fraud.
2. Repocket's determination is based on a preponderance-of-evidence standard (reasonably reliable indicators from our systems and partners). Evidence examples include: multiple accounts tied to the same device/IP/ID, device or browser signatures of emulators, suspicious offer completion timestamps, advertiser chargebacks or denials, and third-party provider flags.
3. During investigation, your Account may be suspended without advance notice. We may also require submission of identity verification materials.

4.6 Refunds & Errors

1. Refunds are allowed only where an internal or advertiser error is confirmed. Repocket is not liable for errors caused by third-party payment providers, or user mistakes (e.g., incorrect withdrawal address).
2. If a payout is reversed by a payment provider (e.g., chargeback) or returned due to a banned/limited destination, we reserve the right to reverse the related Rewards and/or refuse refunds unless funds are returned to Repocket by the payment provider.

4.7 Appeals

1. Our support team will reach out to a user from [email protected] as a warning or further clarification from you prior to any suspension or termination of your account.
2. The support team will provide a deadline for the user to make any appeal or provide supporting evidence to deny the claim made by Repocket.
3. If the user does not reply within the deadline, the account will be suspended or terminated without any further notice with an immediate effect.

4.8 Use of Non-US Devices for US Offers

Repocket's US-based offers are strictly for users physically located in the United States and using authentic US-market devices. Attempting to access US offers from outside the country through device spoofing, VPNs, proxies, or location-masking tools is strictly prohibited.

Any user appearing to complete US offers while using devices that are not sold through major US carriers or retailers will be flagged and suspended. Examples of non-US devices include: Awow, Blackshark, Bmax, Huawei, Honor, Itel, Infinix, Kddi, Lava, Lenovo, OPPO, POCO, Tecno, Realme, Redmi, Vivo, Xiaomi, Ryu, ZTE. For Samsung devices, A/AZ = AT&T models applicable in the US are allowed.

Users found accessing US offers from non-US models or foreign devices may face immediate payment holds and account suspension. This policy applies only to US-exclusive offers and is intended to protect advertiser integrity and ensure fair earnings for authentic US users.

5. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.

We may share user and investigation data with advertisers, payment processors, fraud prevention partners, and legal authorities where required.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Our IP

All trademarks, logos, service marks, and content (excluding user-generated content) on Repocket are the property of Repocket or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

6.2 License to Use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

6.3 User Feedback

We welcome ideas, suggestions, and feedback. By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without compensation to you.

7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, REJECTION AND TERMINATION

User Termination: We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your Account and reject all pending Rewards or payments if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you lose access to the services. Any earned but unclaimed rewards may be forfeited if the termination is due to your breach of terms. If we determine fraud occurred, Repocket reserves the right to reject all pending Rewards, reverse issued credits, recover paid funds, and seek legal remedies.

Rejection: Once a withdrawal is rejected, the user will lose all reward associated with the request. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activities or if suspected of any illegal behaviour.

8. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

"As-Is" Basis: We provide the Services "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind—express or implied.

No Earnings Guarantee: We do not guarantee that you will find tasks, earn a certain amount, or that Brands will always have available campaigns.

No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repocket will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for content posted or tasks created by Brands, nor for any websites or resources linked through our Services.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Repocket, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. In certain cases, we may provide additional notice (e.g., a banner on the Site or App). By continuing to use the Services after such changes, you agree to the revised Terms.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [City, State], unless otherwise required by local law.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Repocket regarding your use of the Services.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder still applies.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right or provision does not waive that right or provision.

Assignment: We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your account without our prior written consent.

13. IMMEDIATE ENFORCEMENT CLAUSE

If Repocket reasonably suspects you of Fraudulent Activity (as defined), Repocket may immediately suspend your Account, place payments on hold, and limit access to the Service pending investigation. Evidence required for reinstatement includes verifiable identity documents and cooperating with our investigation. Continued violations may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of pending Rewards.

14. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Q1. Can I have more than one Repocket account?

No. Only one account per person, per email, and household is allowed. Multiple accounts will lead to permanent bans and loss of rewards.

Q2. Can I use VPNs or emulators to complete offers?

Absolutely not. Using VPNs, VPS, proxies, emulators, or fake numbers (including Google Voice or VOIP) is considered fraud and will get your account banned.

Q3. Can I use automation or scripts?

No. Any tool that automates tasks, clicks, or mimics user behavior violates our rules. All detected automation results in immediate suspension.

Q4. What if my offer reward didn't appear?

Please wait up to 48 hours. If it still doesn't appear, contact our support team at [email protected] or reach out to our Discord channel with screenshots showing completion proof and your email/username.

Q5. What happens if I'm suspected of fraud?

Your account and payments may be frozen for review (up to 30 days). If fraud is confirmed, your rewards will get rejected and your account permanently banned.

Q6. Can I appeal a ban?

Yes. Our support team will reach out to you before any suspension or termination of your account with a deadline for appeal. You can appeal within that deadline with proper evidence (e.g., ID, screenshots, explanations). Unverified appeals after the deadline will not be reviewed.

Q7. Why do we enforce these rules?

These measures protect real users, advertisers, and the Repocket community from fraudulent behavior — ensuring fair payouts for everyone.
