Repocket Terms of Service

Repocket is a subsidiary of GEONODE PTE. LTD., located at 12 Eu Tong Sen St, #08-169 The Central, Singapore 059819, UEN: 202105609. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Repocket's website, mobile app, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using Repocket, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

Eligibility

Repocket is available to users who are at least 18 years old. By using Repocket, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to form a binding contract. Users are limited to one account per person and per household.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Service after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.

Earnings from Sharing Internet Bandwidth

Repocket allows users to earn money by sharing their internet bandwidth:

• Base Rate: Users earn $0.20 per GB of internet shared.
• Daily Bonus: The rate increases by $0.01 per GB for each consecutive day of continuous sharing, up to a maximum rate of $0.25 per GB.
• Reset Condition: If a user stops sharing, their earning rate resets to the base rate of $0.20 per GB.
• Transparency: Users can monitor their current earning rate and history in their account dashboard.

Incentivized Offers & Surveys

Repocket provides opportunities to earn rewards by completing incentivized offers and surveys:

• Participation: Participation in incentivized surveys and offers is entirely voluntary.
• Reward Structure: Each survey or offer will clearly display the reward amount before participaton.
• Verification: Rewards will only be credited once all requirements for the offer or survey are met, and validation by third-party providers is completed.
• Holding Period: Certain rewards may have a holding period of up to 90 days to ensure validation.
• Incentive Rewards: These rewards, although redeemable, do not hold any direct cash value until redeemed through our payout methods.

Hourly Lottery

Repocket operates an hourly lottery to reward users who consistently share their internet:

• Total Monthly Prize Pool: $3,000.
• Winners per Hour: Three winners are randomly selected every hour.
• Participation Criteria: Users must share their internet for the entire hour leading up to the draw toqualify.
• Selection Method: Winners are chosen using a certified random selection process.
• Transparency of Odds: With 2,500 to 10,000 participants per hour, the odds of winning are based on the total number of participants in each draw.
• Compliance: The lottery complies with all local and international laws governing sweepstakes and contests.

Rewards, Payouts & Account Management

Minimum Payout Threshold: Users must accumulate a minimum of $9 in rewards before they can request a payout.

• Reward Value: Unredeemed rewards do not hold any cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Finality of Redemptions: All redemptions are final, and users cannot reverse or cancel them after completion.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months will be closed, and any accumulated earnings may be forfeited. Users can request reactivation within this period.
• Transparency: Users can track their reward balance and payout status through their account.

User Conduct & Restrictions

Users agree not to engage in any behavior that:

• Violates any local, national, or international laws.
• Manipulates, falsifies, or attempts to deceive the platform (including but not limited to using VPNs, proxies, or false information to gain rewards).
• Abuses the system by creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Attempts to interfere with other users or disrupt the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of rewards.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from your participation in Repocket. Repocket may request relevant tax information (such as your Social Security number or equivalent) for reporting purposes, where applicable.

Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy is paramount. Repocket collects, processes, and protects your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. We utilize industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data. However, we cannot guarantee that the platform is completely immune from security breaches.

Sweepstakes, Contests, and Promotions

• Promotions: From time to time, Repocket may offer contests, sweepstakes, or promotions. These may be subject to additional terms that will be provided at the time of the event.
• Eligibility: Promotions may have specific age, location, or eligibility requirements. It is your responsibility to review and ensure compliance with these terms before participating.

App Store Compliance

Repocket is designed to comply with the app store policies of both Google Play and Apple's App Store, including but not limited to:

• Google Play's Gamified Loyalty Programs Policy: Our hourly lottery, rewards system, and earning methods comply with the requirements for transparency, odds disclosure, and non-monetary nature of rewards.
• Apple App Store Review Guidelines: All features, including incentivized offers, surveys, and loyalty programs, comply with Apple's requirements for fair rewards distribution, clarity, and transparency of terms.
• Regular Updates: Repocket continuously monitors and updates its terms to stay compliant with evolving app store regulations. Users will be notified of any changes impacting the app's operation or their participation.

Limitation of Liability

Repocket is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. We are not liable for:

• Loss of earnings due to interruptions in service.
• Errors resulting from third-party surveys or offers.
• Consequential damages or loss of data due to your use of our Service.

We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as security vulnerabilities inherent to internet-based services or actions taken by app stores or third-party providers.

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar organization. The arbitration will take place in Singapore unless otherwise agreed.

No Class Action: Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and cannot be consolidated into a class or collective action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be adjudicated in the courts of Singapore.

Termination of Account

Repocket reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account for violation of these Terms. In such cases, all accumulated rewards may be forfeited without notice.
